The workers were very nice.

Despite the claim of being smoke-free, the pervasive smell of smoke on the third floor invaded our room. To make matters worse, the TV didn't function at all, and there was no Wi-Fi information available. Finally, upon check-out, the lobby was still closed at 9:30 AM.

It was just a solid selection for a quick weekend visit in Laredo with good price-value balance. I appreciated that they quickly changed my room due to a bad smell, which showed they cared about my comfort. Make sure to check on Wi-Fi availability upon arrival.

The location is convenient, close to various shopping options, a plus. The stay was marred by persistent noise from heavy traffic and sirens throughout the night, significantly disrupting sleep. While the room had a decent size, the bed felt old and springy, contributing to discomfort. The lack of effective soundproofing.

It was clean, everyone was affable.

With four kids, we loved that there was ample space to relax and unwind. Plus, the rooms had decent amenities that kept everyone comfortable. The cleanliness left a good impression on us as well.

For dads, it would be great if they improved soundproofing.

I stayed for a wedding celebration and found the rooms surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was handy for quick meals. My experience at this hotel was significantly better than my previous stay in laredo.

Comforts of exceptionally nice and lovely room with a queen size bed were fabulous.
